bah!
so turns out blogs, flickr, etc. are definitley still blocked at work except before 8am, between 12 - 1pm and after 4pm. shitty thing about this is i am at boot camp mon, wed, fri so i am not in the office during lunch hour. so tues thurs i just open all the blogs i want to read and then don’t close the windows until i’m done. ugh so annoying!!!
i’m off to vancouver this week and am staying at the Pan Pacific Hotel with my bff who gets sweet rates at vancouver hotels. it’s supposed to be super hot while i’m there so we’re going to spend thursday by the pool (outdoor pool!!!) drinking “water”… and by water i mean water bottles filled with gin and tonic followed by dinner at Vij’s basically the best indian restaurant on the planet. lamb popsicles?! lord help me. this trip actually feels like a semi-vacation but i am still getting tattooed on friday… but hopefully for only a couple of hours and it’s only touchups so thank god. then i will be done FOR REAL. then i’m never getting tattooed again. well at least for another couple of years.
